Several breathing techniques could help you feel calmer and more relaxed if you’re dealing with high levels of stress. Breathwork helps to calm your stress and bring balance to your body.
Past Life Regression Therapy
It helps in any recurrent problem. It helps relieve physical, emotional, relationship and spiritual blocks which may be making your life miserable.
Feeling lonely - let's have coffee chat
You can share whatever is comfortable with you. This session is completely confidential because I am a counseling psychologist and confidentiality is what I practice.
Somatic workout - excercise
If you tend to hold a lot of tension in your neck, lower back, or wrists, somatic workout may be the practice you’re looking for. Practicing somatic exercises helps you learn how to observe your thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations.

I have heard so many people say that they just can't meditate. They say they cannot sit for even 5 mins. This session is designed to teach you how to meditate. Everyone can experice meditation.
